This website is designed to provide you with the information you require to submit work requests and get the information you need from the Office of Access Control Services. As part of the Department of Facilities and Administrative Services, The Office of Access Control Services is responsible for a wide range of access control systems and procedures including the following:

  • Key Requests
  • Assignment and Approval of Building/Door Access via the Campus ID Card (GetIt Card)
  • All Keys and Locking Systems (Hard Keys and Electronic Locks such as SafLok)
  • Point-Of-Sale Equipment (Dining Cash Registers, Gold Club Readers, etc.)
  • Repairs and Maintenance of Automatic Handicap Door Operators
  • Parking Gate Repairs (Parking Access is Handled through the Office of Student Accounts)
